What is EFT Tapping?

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is often referred to as ‘tapping’, or emotional acupuncture, without the needles.

Tapping is a powerful, evidence-based, stress management tool. Tapping can be used to provide relief from chronic pain, emotional problems, fears and phobias and trauma. 

It is a simple exercise performed by tapping your fingertips on specific acupressure points on your face and body. This has a calming effect of the amygdala (the stress centre of the brain) and a reduction in cortisol.

During the series I will be teaching my fundamental health principles which will lay down the foundation for you to move forward and create new, healthy habits.

Each fundamental principle is focused on factors that contribute to great health and effortless weight management.

I will be talking about the myths, traps and how to really know what you are putting in your body. I will teach you how to read food labels, placing emphasis on the quality of your diet.

Healthy doesn’t have to mean you feel restricted. I am going to show you how substituting just a few simple ingredients can go a long way to ensure you are nourishing your body well.

Metabolism and Hormones
When it comes to fat burning, beautiful skin, mental clarity, a sense of calm, restorative sleep and weight management your metabolic rate and hormone balance are so important. Learn how you can optimise both.

Gut Health
Exposure to many things overtime wipe out the good bacteria in our gut causing our microbiomes to become depleted. The good news is that you can protect and nourish your gut. Resetting your gut bacteria is a wonderful thing for your health.

The Fundamentals Series Zoom group calls will be held at 5.30pm on Monday’s starting 2nd November 2020. Recording will be available for replay and to watch if you can't make it live.
