INGREDIENTS
2 cup spelt flour
450 g grated apples
2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 eggs, free range
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup rice malt syrup
1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
pinch of seaweed salt
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180°C.
In a large bowl, combine apple, salt, eggs, olive oil, rice malt syrup, cinnamon & vanilla.
Add spelt flour & baking powder and lightly mix through.
Pour into a lightly greased loaf pan garnish with sliced apple.
Bake for 60 minutes or until it passes the skewer test.
Allow to cool before removing from the pan.
