These Hazelnut Bliss Balls are the perfect sweet & healthy snack because they are sweetened with dates instead of refined sugars.

Dates are high in fibre which slows digestion and prevents blood sugar spike. Experiment with your choice of coatings such as chia seeds, coconut or buckwheat groats.

You may not realise this but finding dates that are free from oils, sulphites, maltodextrin, flours and other hidden nasties can be a challenge. Coating Suggestions

M E T H O D

1. Place all ingredients into food processor and blend for 3-5 minutes until mixture comes together and nuts are finely chopped.

2. Using wet hands roll mixture into balls, if the mixture feels a bit a dry add a little water.

3. Roll the balls in your choice of coatings and refrigerate until ready to serve.
