Hazelnut Bliss Balls
Updated: Oct 11, 2019
These Hazelnut Bliss Balls are the perfect sweet & healthy snack because they are sweetened with dates instead of refined sugars.
Dates are high in fibre which slows digestion and prevents blood sugar spike. Experiment with your choice of coatings such as chia seeds, coconut or buckwheat groats.
I am a big fan of the Changing Habits Chia, Cacao & Date Pack. You may not realise this but finding dates that are free from oils, sulphites, maltodextrin, flours and other hidden nasties can be a challenge. The Changing Habits dates are organically grown where there are optimal growing conditions.
