I've made a simple nut free version of my Cacao Crackle Bars. These are perfect for kids' lunch boxes and are so easy to make with only 6 ingredients!

1. Melt coconut oil, rice malt syrup & cacao melts on the stove or in the microwave, mix until smooth.
2. Mix through puffed rice, desiccated coconut and salt.
3. Place into lined pan and use back of a spoon or a piece of baking paper and rolling pin to press firmly into pan.
4. Place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes, until firm and ready to slice. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
