ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Can you feel those extra kilos piling on?

Don’t despair Sue Oliver (The Energy Healing Centre) and Melissa Kovacevic (Functional Health) are joining together to bring you an online program designed to help you shed those kilos.

​

Did you know your emotions and past trauma play a big role in your body holding onto weight and creating your food cravings?

​

The body holds onto weight for many reasons and in this program, we want to help you to reduce your cravings for unhealthy food during lockdown. We will use a technique called Emotional Freedom Technique to neutralise the emotional reasons behind cravings.

  • 4 x 60 minute online group education sessions (via Zoom and recordings provided)

What is EFT Tapping?

​

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is often referred to as ‘tapping’, or emotional acupuncture, without the needles.

​

Tapping is a powerful, evidence-based, stress management tool. Tapping can be used to provide relief from chronic pain, emotional problems, fears and phobias and trauma. 

​

It is a simple exercise performed by tapping your fingertips on specific acupressure points on your face and body. This has a calming effect of the amygdala (the stress centre of the brain) and a reduction in cortisol.

WHEN AND WHERE IS IT HAPPENING?

​

The first, online free session, is going to be held on Wednesday September 1 Sept 7.30pm-8.30pm.

​

If you’d like to continue with our 4, week program, the cost is $99 and will be held weekly at 730pm on Wednesday 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th September.

 

We will turn your cravings around so that you can resist the chips, chocolate, cheese, biscuits, or anything else you go looking for when that feeling comes along as well as help you reach for the food that may be a more, healthy option. You will learn ways of helping yourself when cravings come along so that you can break old patterns of behaviour and set yourself free.

Sue Oliver is an Energy Healing Therapist and runs The Energy Healing Centre. Sue left teaching in 2004 to start her business and has always been focused on helping people be the best they can be. Sue is an intuitive healer and works with clients to help their bodies return to balance emotionally, physically, and spiritually using techniques such as Bodytalk, Bowen Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Spinalflow, Crystal healing, Meditation, Trauma Release Exercises, Access Consciousness, Quantum Touch and Reiki.
